Charnock lost 5-3 at league leaders City of Liverpool in the midweek fixture. The goals for Charnock came from Carl Grimshaw x 2 and a late penalty from James Walker.

Charnock Richard won through to the quarter final of the Partners Foundation LFA Challenge Trophy with a 2-1 win at home to Wythenshawe Amateurs. Jack Sanders scored the first goal with James Walker converting a penalty in added time.

CHANGE OF FIXTURE DATE
Please note that this coming Saturday's 1st Team home game against West Didsbury & Chorlton has been postponed due to West Didsbury & Chorlton being involved in a cup competition. This fixture will now take place at Charnock Richard on the evening of Tuesday 27th November. Therefor with the Reserves playing away at Horwich St Mary's Victoria there will be no game at Mossie Park Charnock Richard this coming Saturday afternoon.

Charnock earned a point with a 1-1 draw at Burscough, Carl Grimshaw scored the goal.
The Reserves had a convincing 4-0 win over Dalton United at Mossie Park with two goals from Aird and one from McHugh plus an own goal.

CHANGE OF KICK OFF TIME
Please note that the kick off time for the West Lancashire League Saturday games has now changed to 2pm during the months of November, December and January, This Saturdays Reserves fixture at home to Dalton United will therefore kick off at 2pm and not the usual 3pm.

Charnock defeat Burscough 4-1 at Mossie Close with Carl Grimshaw hitting a hat-trick and Danny Regan scoring the other goal.

Charnock suffer a disappointing 3-2 defeat at Whitchurch Alport. Carl Grimshaw scored his 400th goal for the club with Jake Higham scoring the other goal.
The Reserves also suffered disappointment losing 2-1 at home to Furness Rovers with Jon Hession scoring.
